New Jewelry

Two weekends ago I set out to get something I have wanted for over a year...a nose ring. I was not so sure about it at first, but I am really loving it now. I am glad I finally took the plunge.

Pumpkin Night

Tonight we went to our church carnival. Avery had a great time trick or treating, eating cotton candy, and playing some fun games. Riley slept most of the time and only had a few pieces of candy...nothing compared to her big sis who was swimming in candy by the end of the night.

I, Jenni, carved a Mickey pumpkin this year so here are two pics to show off my handiwork.

Pumpkin Carving

Well, about a week and a half ago I (Jaron) carved a "SHREK" pumpkin for Avery. It actually looked pretty cool...evidently that was too early to carve a pumpkin, it's already completely rotten. I thought since I didn't cut all the way through (I just cut the "peel"), that it would last. Nope. So today I carved a new one, this time it was Jack the pumpkin king. Grandpa also brought over a Little Mermaid pumpkin, and helped her carve another small Jack-o-lantern.

Time to sew

Yes, I actually have had some time to sew during Avery's nap time. I put Riley in my sling and she sleeps while I sew. I got a new pattern from my Grandma and some new fabric so I wanted to get started on some little diaper bags for the two monkeys.

More Pumpkin Fun

Last Saturday we went to a huge pumpkin patch in Morgan Hill with my parents and Uncle Scott. We had a great time riding the train and picking out lots of pumpkins. Unfortunately I did not get a ton of pics, but these ones are cute.

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

A visit with Grandma O

Grandma O has been here visiting since Wednesday evening and we have been having a great time. Avery has really enjoyed all the attention from Grandma and I have sooo appreciated all the help. Here are a few pics...
