Today as I pulled off my socks (after wearing them for most of the day) to put on my Uggs, I realized I was wearing two totally different socks. Not even close to being a match. Two totally different textures.
Yesterday I tried to make fudge and I used sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated milk. It was a mess. I almost had to throw away my pot. Thank goodness for my mom who can read a recipe and made the fudge to perfection.
Two days ago I was at Safeway and bought some bottled waters. I normally do not do this...we just drink from the tap...but I was having some ladies over for a meeting so I spent the $4. I put the pack on the bottom of the cart. You know, underneath the basket. Well, it still remains there as I forgot to put it in the car. Well, its probably not still on the bottom of the cart, but it isn't here so who really cares where it is.
I also purchased some ginger while at Safeway to use in my gingerbread cookies. Once I got home and needed to use it, it was nowhere to be found. I called my mom who stopped on her way, before coming here to make the perfect fudge, to get some more. I realized a few hours later I had some all along in a messy drawer filled with other spices.
I think the water and the ginger are probably hiding out together.
